Data Deletion

Meta User Data Deletion Instructions

A clear public route for requesting deletion of data connected to Aurevon digital products and authorized Meta publishing workflows.

User Data Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of Aurevon-held data connected to a Meta publishing workflow.

If you used an Aurevon digital product or workflow connected to a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or other Meta business asset, you may request that Aurevon delete information it holds about you or your authorized account use, subject to identity, business authority, legal, accounting, security, audit, and contractual retention requirements.

  • Email requestUse the Contact us email link with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
  • Include contextProvide your name, business name, email address used with Aurevon, relevant Facebook Page or Instagram account name, and the workflow or app name if known.
  • VerificationAurevon may request additional information to confirm identity, administrator authority, or client authorization before taking action.
  • Action and responseAurevon will review the request, delete or anonymize data no longer needed, disconnect access where applicable, and explain any records that must be retained for legitimate reasons.
Meta App Removal

You can also remove app access through your Meta account settings.

For Facebook-connected apps, users can review and remove app access from Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. If Meta sends Aurevon a user data deletion request connected to an app or workflow, Aurevon will review the request and act on associated user data held in Aurevon systems where required.

If a technical Meta data deletion callback is configured for a specific app, the callback should acknowledge the request and return a status URL and confirmation code through the app’s configured process. This public page provides the human-readable deletion instructions and support route for Aurevon users.

What Aurevon Reviews

Deletion requests are handled with identity, authority, and business-account context.

Meta publishing workflows often involve business assets rather than personal social accounts. Aurevon may therefore review whether the requester is the relevant user, account administrator, client representative, or authorized business contact before changing, disconnecting, deleting, or anonymizing records.

  • Identity contextName, business email, company, and role related to the workflow or account.
  • Asset contextFacebook Page, Instagram professional account, Meta business asset, workflow name, or app context if known.
  • Authority contextAdministrator status, client authorization, or other proof needed to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Retention Limits

Some records may be retained where law, security, accounting, or contract obligations require it.

Aurevon will delete or anonymize data that is no longer reasonably needed, but certain records may need to be retained for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, audit history, financial records, platform security, dispute handling, compliance, or client-controlled asset records.

  • Deleted or anonymizedRecords no longer needed for the workflow, support history, or authorized business purpose.
  • DisconnectedAccess tokens, app connections, or operational links where removal is technically available and appropriate.
  • Retained with limitsRecords needed for legal, accounting, security, contractual, audit, or dispute-management reasons.
